1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the Internet site www.cupidkiller.com, reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time and without notice, these general conditions of sale and the characteristics of the services provided. In case of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
The identification of the user / customer for the order placed, is done through the log files, stored on the server of SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. The preservation of the IP address of the user / customer or any other information obtained to identify the user / customer.
2. THE PRICES
The contractual language is Spanish. The prices are indicated in Euros and are calculated with VAT. They can be altered at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be invoiced on the basis in force at the time of order registration.
While we make every effort to ensure that all data, descriptions and prices appearing on this Website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it had been cancelled. If you cancel it but have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
The invoice amount is charged in full and in a single payment for each order. All orders are invoiced and charged in Euros only. Any customs costs or local taxes are borne by the addressee.
SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. retains the ownership of the items until full payment of the price, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The User shall have a period of 14 working days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery of the same in accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. To these effects, the User must send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including everything that has been sent with it. Exercised by the User the right of return, SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S. L. will return the amounts received within a period not exceeding 30 days. However, the aforementioned provisions exclude the right of withdrawal and/or termination in those cases where, due to the nature of the items being acquired, it is impossible to carry out the return.
To proceed with the return you need to send us an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
The costs of returning the return are borne by the client, unless it is a mistake by SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:
- The unwanted product must be in the same condition as delivered and must retain its original labeling and packaging.
- The unwanted product must be returned using the same packaging in which it has been received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar packaging so that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
If the above requirements have been respected, SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. will send the user an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, and will proceed to the payment of the amount of the returned products.
The refund will be made in the same payment used in the purchase.
The first change in size or color of a product will be free, by requesting it by email to email@example.com. We will handle the collection and shipping of the new product with no additional charge. This will be valid only for a single change and outside the sales period.
In the case that you want another item, you should request the return and place a new order. You should contact us at the email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will tell you how to proceed.
4. DESTINATIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS
You can currently make your purchase in: Spain (Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), and in the rest of the European Union except its islands.

Taxes, customs, and other charges are not included in the shipping costs paid on your Purchase Order. SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. has no control over these fiscal policies that vary from country to country. The international courier service with which we work can present you with an invoice that is independent of the local customs authorities. Please remember that.

These terms have not place on cases of force majeure not attributable to SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. such as inclement weather or strikes.
5. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
Our product offers and prices are valid and in effect while appearing on the website, to the extent of available stocks. Therefore, if the quantity of items ordered exceeds the quantity available in stock, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order, and reserves the right to refuse delivery of the confirmed order if the goods are not available. If the merchandise is not available, within one working day SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. will inform the user/customer of the exhaustion of the product by sending a specified message to the customer's email address.
6. THE PAYMENT
Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard preauthorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Products will not be shipped until this preauthorization check has been carried out. Your card will be debited once the payment has been processed.

7. THE CASE OF NON-PAYMENT
SPZ FREETRADE, S.L. reserves the right to refuse the shipment of an order or attend an order coming from a buyer who has not paid the total or partial amount of his last order or with which there would be a dispute of payment, still in the administrative process.
8. PRODUCT IMAGES
Depending on the calibration of the various monitors used to display the page, the shades of the products represented may vary slightly. SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. is not responsible for errors resulting from misinterpretation.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUYER
The present general conditions of sale as well as the tariffs, are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges to be in full knowledge of it, and renounces, in fact, to take advantage of any contradictory document, and especially, with its own general conditions of purchase, since the act of purchase entails the acceptance of the present conditions of sale.

The minimum age to make a purchase is 18 years.
