RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The User shall have a period of 14 working days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery of the same in accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. To these effects, the User must send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including everything that has been sent with it. Exercised by the User the right of return, SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S. L. will return the amounts received within a period not exceeding 30 days. However, the aforementioned provisions exclude the right of withdrawal and/or termination in those cases where, due to the nature of the items being acquired, it is impossible to carry out the return.
To proceed with the return you need send us an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
The costs of returning the return are borne by the client, unless it is a mistake by SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L.
For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:
- The unwanted product must be in the same condition as delivered and must retain its original labeling and packaging.
- The unwanted product must be returned using the same packaging in which it has been received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar packaging so that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
If the above requirements have been respected, SALES PREMIUM ZONE, S.L. will send the user an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and will proceed to the payment of the amount of the returned products.
The refund will be made in the same payment used in the purchase.
The first change in size or color of a product will be free, by requesting it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will handle the collection and shipping of the new product with no additional charge. This will be valid only for a single change and outside the sales period.
